Exam Details The CAPM® exam consists of 150 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 3 hours. You’ll schedule the exam directly with PMI once your application is approved. 1. Scope of Services The training includes a multi-day PMP® or CAPM® Exam Preparation course delivered either online or face-to-face, as confirmed in the order form. Each program is conducted by certified instructors and includes access to course materials, practice resources, and the PMI® Authorized Training Partner (ATP) learning environment. 2. Delivery Format Participants may select either: •Online Delivery: Live sessions via a designated online platform, with digital materials provided in advance. •Face-to-Face Delivery: In-person sessions at a designated venue, including printed materials. The chosen format must be indicated on the order form. 3. Training Dates & Times Training is delivered over consecutive business days as stated in the course schedule. Exact dates are confirmed upon registration. Sessions typically run from 09:00 to 18:00 (CET) unless otherwise agreed. 4. Participation Requirements Participants are expected to attend all training days. For online sessions, a stable internet connection and a quiet space are required. 5. Accommodation (Face-to-Face only) Accommodation is not included in the training fee and must be booked directly by participants with the training location. Rooms are subject to availability and are settled directly with the venue. 6. Fees & Payment Terms • The fee is net of VAT and must be paid in full prior to the training start. • Invoices will be issued upon confirmation of the order. • Training seats will only be reserved upon receipt of full payment. 7. Cancellation & Substitution Policy Cancellation by Participant: • Up to 30 calendar days before training: free of charge • 14–29 days prior: 50% of the training fee will be charged • Less than 14 days: 100% of the fee will be charged Substitution of participants from the same organization is possible without charge if notified in writing before training begins. If the organizer must cancel or reschedule (e.g., illness, force majeure), participants may choose between an alternative date or a full refund. 8. Certificate of Completion Participants who attend all sessions receive a certificate of participation, fulfilling PMI’s education-hour requirements (PMP: 35hours / CAPM: 23 hours). 9. Liability The organizer is not liable for personal, travel, or accommodation costs related to the training. Participants are responsible for meeting PMI® certification prerequisites and registering for their respective exams independently.
